    All you need to do is get your new machine ID registered. The designer software you have will work/run both machines..

    It's not a matter of the software. He already has that registered. He just needs to register his machine and get the unlock code. Can't you do that from your customer account?!

    My two old machines are still going strong so I haven't had to use an "UNLOCK" code. But I think his question is what to do with the code he already has. I might be wrong but don't you have to enter the code into the machine itself via the key pad?

    terryt, I done that also did'nt work I'll talk with connie this morning and find out what I'm doing wrong..I thank everybody that tried to help me..

    just to let everyone to know that I talked to connie and she helped me get the machine activated I did'nt use the right codes I was thinking my codes were the one's in the example... as Ive said before it's the dumb things I do that makes me smarter!!! lol

    Believe me, you are no where near the first person that has done that!

    I have had QUITE a few people call because of that example serial number. At least I know they are looking at the instructions.
