well I'm a happy camper, sort of, I received my 2nd machine a few minutes ago... went to unlock the machine and inter the code and I'm lost on how to activate the second machine I would appreciate someone would be kind enough to help me, at times I'm soooooo humble... lol

I think with the C machine you have to get a code from LHR, but it has been a while

Log into your customer account. I think you can register it there.

I have the serial # and activation code just dont know how to activate the new machine...I went to the help under to activate license and got all my licenses but don't know how or what page I need to activevate it

Sounds like you need to register your new machine. Did you try the customer account?

Software activation is explained under support > pattern and software activation.

Run as administrator if windows 7 or 8!!

ok, Im still lost, Im using one computer do I have to download the new designer software to activate this machine or will the 1st cover this new machine, then what...here I go again pushing a 1001 buttons...lol
