I too use the RingNeckBlues collector and love it... IF I ever get the Dust Shoe project going that will replace it, but until then... All metal is the best in my opinion due to static charge. Other work too.

Good Luck with your 2nd machine.... Show us what you make !!!

I have the one that I bought from you floyde on the frist machine and I find that it works just great, I am satisfied with it with no complaints. I was just wanting to know how the new proto type works and how well it works .

Congrats on your second machine!! Yes I knew you have one of my inserts and thanks for the feedback. I was wondering if I missed an order or something. I will let Dan and Henry chime in on the dust cap. I've watching with great interest...

Good time as any to announce version 3 of the DC-INSERT. Larger format as posted a couple of months ago http://forum.carvewright.com/showthr...197#post189197

I have been using since that post and shipped one out to John (heftyh) as a special request from him to see how well it would do for the polly material he carve. He has posted some youtube videos for some feedback for me https://www.youtube.com/user/WashyHippo1?feature=watch

I will be rolling out the new version at this weekends Denver Woodworking show...
