Default back to the new machine

I gave up last night and started over this morn. The repair monster took care of it last night because it worked just fine when I went to start it. I did one 1.5hr cut no problems. Now my second cut came up error code 05-0303 y axis stall. I found the 05 code but what is the 0303? (I sure hope the repair monster returns tonight).
Anyway, more advise would be greatly excepted.
    THANKS AGAIN

Run the user test. Press 0 then 8, scroll to y axis test. If the Y test goes without a glitch, I would say the problem is in the project file

The file your are trying to carve, the ext. is whatever the file name is .mpc

To upload it, when you reply go to the go advanced tab, when the window comes up scroll down and you will see manage attachments. click that tab and that is where you can upload your file or pictures, etc.

That way I and some of the other folks can try and to look for a problem in the project you are trying to carve that may have cause the Y axis stall
