    Didn't see anything on the project file that would have caused an error. Not even the spelling, lol

    Sometimes a fluke on nature. Have you tried carving another project? This is a new Version C machine correct?

    Do you have 1/2 on each side of the carve

    Not yet, will try tomorrow. do you mean 1/2 inchfrom the edge? I did by the way vacume the dust but it started right away.

    the new machine had a burr on the rail the y traveled. the old one neededto be unlocked.

    The first thing I noticed when I pulled up your mpc file was the dimensions of your board vrs. the pattern. I always put in 3.5 inches on each end and at least a half inch on the width. That being said you might be planning on putting it on a sled so you can carve it out as you laid it; however I think the sled has to have the dimensions of the sled as the "board settings"...but I could be wrong. I try to avoid using sleds if at all possible.
