Can't figure out how to underline text in my project. Any hints?
I'm certainly no expert, but the only way I could get text underlined was to manually draw a line then assign a bit (I used a 60 degree bit) and a depth.

Evening Wally,
If you are using raised lettering I'd use the rectangle tool to draw the underline, assign it as a carve region and assign it a height equal to the lettering.

I'm using centerline with a 60 degree bit and want to underline parts of two words. Like Microsoft Word or the U at the top of the reply box.
You can underline the words that you want, using the line segment tool, after the text is placed on the board in designer. Then assign the desired bit and depth. The "Underline" in the attached picture is set using 60 deg bit @ 0.080 depth.

Every one has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.
There are a few fonts you can get which are already underlined, which yield varying results, but some are more interesting than a basic straight line.
Thanks guys. Looks good on the software. Will try it on a test piece.
Did a test cut and it worked. Just can't figure out how to move the line up and down in small increments. Seems to jump further than I want.
snap to grid is on?
