BUG: toolbars have a mind of their own

I have customized the toolbars adding the icons that I want and arranging them to take up minimum space. When I close Designer and reload it, the toolbars jump to new locations and take up extra space.

Did you have a project open when you did the customization? I think you need to 'save' a project for it to stay how you want it. Just my thought.
