3D advanced software

I purchased the ultimate package when I bought the carvewright does, the 3D avance software come with it, I tried to download a project it would'nt download or save my project....I must be getting getting smarter...

It looks like it does now, but this may not have been true when you purchased your machine. I would call LHR on Monday and find out (or look on your purchase receipt)

Yes the ultimate package has the 2d/3d advanced software, matter of fact it has all of the software. You probably need to activate your licenses with the software activation numbers in the emails that was sent out when you bought the machine.
