Cut motor just quit between carves. Can't get parts from LHR. Can't tell me when they will. No bits, no brushes & no cut motors! Sick and tired of machine breakdowns & no service!. 145 hours on machine and it's been back to LHR & down more than it runs. LHR doesn't seem to care either.

Not quitting, just moving on to a more reliable machine that doesn't require constant repairs and from a company that carries parts and provides service.

Wow, can't believe the price a used machine is fetching. Scanner software, purchased patterns etc, wont even work for new owner. It's getting close to new price, to bad u have so much tied up in repairs, while I have had some issues I have not had enough to get rid of machine I just added two hundred hours cutting time from oct to now, maintenance time coming up.

The retail price on what I am providing is over $2700.00 and the bid is currently at $1399.00. That's hardly close to a new price!

This thread has some real curves.
I have three machines all running great, two over 2000 hours, very few problems I can't solve with the LHR outstanding service!

    Hmmm.......
The parts must be on that proverbial "slow boat from China". LOL
Sorry, I should be cleaning my shop now that things have slowed down, instead of making silly posts.
Hopefully the new year will arrive with all the parts we need to keep on keepin' on.

Bits are available from a couple of 3rd party places.

I haven't checked EBAY ( haven't had to order parts except for a Y axis belt in over a year) but you should be able to find brushes there I think.

Hopefully LHR will remain solvent for a good, long time.

Both of my machines have been running great for several years. My A machine is 6 years old now and my B machine is about 3 or 4.

    EDIT
If LHR does go belly up I will be buying used carvewrights. If anyone wants to sell.
