Our Customer Service will be down to only two people tomorrow, so please be patient, order online, try troubleshooting guide or go to Support to find assistance with registrations & activations.

Also, didn't know this was happening TODAY...but there are lots of new parts online. It is a work in progress. More photos coming soon. We are also going to be putting exploded parts view pages online.

Any parts ordered without direction from a hardware tech will be subject to our return policy with restocking fees as applicable.
