Thread: slipped check y belt error

    Default slipped check y belt error

    After measuring the board it was checking the cutting bit,it stopped and gave that error-slipped check y belt error,it gave the option to abort or retry.I choose to retry and then it came up with the error check correct board load.After that I choose to abort and it came up with the error z axis stall error e06-0893.So does anyone have any suggestions?

    Sounds like you may need to change the Y gear box bearings. How many hours are on your machine?

    Also make sure the y belt tensioner is not loose.

    With all those different errors, I would wonder about the FFC ribbon. Sounds like the computer is getting confused signals.

    And make sure the y motor didn't come loose.

    problem solved.I found a small wood chip that was causing the problem.Thanks everyone for the input.
