I have practiced my 3D skills and figured out how to make that five pointed star in blender. It involves extruding vertices and creating faces etc. It was a learning experience to figure it out.

I have uploaded the finished stl file to http://www.cncmodelclub.com/ for anyone interested.

The star has been added to cncmodelclub.com in STL and PTN format.
Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.

Tom that was Alan's star. All I did was make a PTN of his STL file and post both on cncmodelclub.com at his request, so all the thanks go to Alan.
