LHR Policy on Machine Repair / UpgradeMachines sent or brought into LHR for repair or upgrade will be processed through the appropriate channels as follows:

  • Check in & Inventory of Machine / Shipment
  • Evaluation of Machine
  • Approvals for Estimated Repair
  • Repair
  • Testing
  • Quality Assurance
  • Final Payment
  • Return of Machine to Customer

Machines proceed through this process in the order of which they were received; first in = first out.
LHR tries to move machines out as quickly as possible, but the time frame for completing the above process is dependent upon how many machines are here for repair or upgrade, the nature of the repair, and staff availability.
