    Default cut out and tabs

    I am doing a shelf bracket and im putting in manual tabs i have got to where all the configuation show up but the place tab doesnt come up i followed the the tutorial and dont know what im doing wrong?

    make sure you draw a line across the open area, then select the line-- that should make the "place tab" show (not greyed out)

    The "Place Tabs" tool is used with the "Pierced" feature. To place manual tabs, draw a small rectangle across the cut path and make it a carve region of zero depth

    Just an update for all who were trying to help out Aubrey. He contacted for setting up a DXF file for a shelf bracket and we got that worked through. I've shown him a faster way instead of trying to carve (raster) the bracket and then cut it out. Just applied the cut path to each vector line so he could cut it out.
