    I get the message can't scale. Why is this?

    Either your board size is smaller than the project size and/or you have used some feature during the design that can't be scaled

    If the message came up when you were up loading the file to the card it is because you have applied "conform" to a vector type carve in a carve region. this is just letting you know that IF the machine prompts you about scaling do to a board size issue it will not work..
