purchased pattern

Hello folks,
I have purchased a simple pattern off the Carvewright site. I have made no changes but it will not let me load it to the card to carve it. Why ?

Purchase. Activate. Download.

If you've done all three, make sure your Designer software knows you activated it by going to Help > Manage License > Update License.

Also make sure your Designer version isn't so old that it is pre-pattern.
