Henry, it is not my pattern, it is John's. The pattern is, however, attached to post #10.

I seen this but its not concave it like the back of the carve

My favorite part of any project is when you start applying a sealer and/or clear finish and the character of the wood really shows.

The more finish the deeper the grain looks .Nice piece of wood.
