In need of a contract form

I need to make a contract for a job I just sold and need an order form or contract form of some sort. Any advice is appreciated.

go to microsoft works on net you can get free forms from them.

Staples, Office Max, Office Depot all have stock forms like that.

I ended up searching the Internet and found a word form. It's not quite what I want but it will work for now.
I will be going to Anchorage over the weekend and I will definitely be going to office max and lowes and home depot. We live on Kodiak island and don't have such stores. This will be my first time off island in eight years with time to go shopping.

I think it would be best to just ask your local lawer. and ask what is the best way to go with a letter, MOST HONEST PEOPLE WILL DO THAT FOR FREE?
