    Default 16 bit?

Stupid newbie question.... What does the "16 bit" red balloon stand for when looking at projects for sale on here? Thanks, Mike

It indicates a potentially higher quality pattern based on how it's saved. It works the same as a non-16bit pattern.

A bunch of program updates ago, LHR upgraded the Pattern Editor to be more precise. Program versions older that that can't read the 16bit patterns, but I don't think anyone is still running versions that old.
