    My high school physics teacher had one of those beds of nails. He showed it to us and explained how it was done. It was a pretty cool lesson. Don't worry, no teachers were harmed.

    Can't you just use a hammer or a vice to straighten them out before shipping them. That will minimize the run-out. LOL

    That's exactly what happened to my bit when I super glued my kick plate out......... Hey, it was real good glue! Kick plate didn't budge!

    Those work really good in the drill press for making inside radius grooves!
