    Darn. Conversion of the original (IGS) file to STL must've not worked out. I'll post the IGS in case anyone wants to play with it:

    edit: See post #38 for IGS file (3D image I started with.)

    Might try exporting the file in Rhino to a gray scale image.

    Look like a cross bow stock.
    Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.

    It's an Anschutz model--recently popped up in my mind as a lot of Olympians use it for the biathlon and other shooting sports:
