A Name plate for my Pastor's door

I was asked to carve a nameplate for the new pastor of our church. I used a self made pattern the first time, and was pleased with the results... until I saw Bud's pattern. Luckily(?) the text chipped out on the first one... here is the one I carved with Bud's pattern. Thanks Bud!

The pattern diffentely carved nice. I like the way you incorporated the pastor's name...something I'd never have thought about. I love it when people post their projects as it sets my mind to working overtime. Pat yourself on the back with this one.

My brother in law has just purchased a church building and will be moving into it in a month or two I have been asked to make a podium with the churchs logo on it I'm almost done with the podium but I'm needing help with the logo set up to carve if someone couldmake it into a pattern I would gladly pay them for it any help is appreciated. here is the logo below.
