    Default looking for a pattern

    I'm looking for a Dallas cowboys helmet with the star on it pattern
    any help would great.

    Go to this link, and click on EDIT > FIND, and type DALLAS. You should find what you wish.

    I am looking for a small round box pattern. would like it to be about 2-3 inches round and about 2 inches high.. not sure if thats possible... have tried to figure out gimp but I am unable to create my own.. anybody have any ideas?? I am open and am willing to buy the pattern. Thanks!

    You, probably, need no extra software for your round box. Start by reviewing the April '09 Tip & Trick. Also, remember that you have a depth of cut/carve limit on both the cutting (1 inch) and carving (.8 inch) bits.

    As Bud said, no need for external software. Using designer alone (none of the 3d suite) I made this example file for you to review, and learn from to make the round box you are looking for.

    You wil need the latest designer software 1.184 to open this mpc file.

    Or take a look at the second box where a design is placed on the top lid. Removing the feather on the rose will eliminate the carve in the waste area. But as I stated it is waste so nothing to worry about.

    also eelamb I appreciate that and I think it might work out better since it is smaller than the one bud suggested.... what a great bunch of guys on here... always get an answer to my questions so quick! thanks so much!
