Problem upgrading to 1.182

Hello folks.. .I've been out so long we have gone from 1.164 to 1.182. I am trying to upgrade but get a "Setup Error reading initiation file" error everytime I try to install. I have downloaded various times, and used all my tricks anyone else got anything they might suggest?

Not sure what OS you are using, but did you install as Administrator?

Robert have you tried a fresh install, by uninstalling the 1.164. May want to save the favorite.mpn file from documents and settings/username/carvewright just in case before uninstalling the old version.
