I had the software I downloaded, I played with it, then I uninstalled it so I could load the software that came with the machine.

I installed the software that came wth the machine, but it acts just like the other software in that I can type in the activation code but it won't let me activate, I have to press continue without activating. So now what??

Hit the link in the software at the activation screen that sends you to carvewright instead of the program. On the carvewright site it will let you register your new toy and give you a 9 digit code to install in the software. You will need the serial number from your machine. You can then check for updates.

Hi Hanna,
I had the same problem when I used the link in the software. Darn IE just would never load so I went to the CW site and registered there. Was much faster. Cliff is right make sure you have your codes wrote down first.
