    I just started carving the stallion door pattern today. BTW, I put a 1/8 in feather on the outside box and set bit optimization to best and it took about an hour and a half off the projected carving time.

    Finished the carve it turned out nicely except the 2x10 I used had the heart of pine running exactly down through the middle the whole way, really sticky sawdust.

    Dltccf, very nice, thanks for showing us.
    Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.
