Had a similar problem with mine, traced a lot of the cabling and made this PDF. Hope it helps, as suggested above I used an Ohmmeter to validate the open/closed state. Started with the probe, then added the extension cable and then into the machine cabling. Hope it helps.

My machine wants to carve a smaller design for the size of board I want to carve on even when I set the proper board sizes. Any suggestions.

Hello Rod,
It is good practice to be sure your projects stay under the compression rollers at all times. Otherwise, you will have an assortment of problems sooner or later.
