Is this the FFC cable?

I am getting a Z failure E03-0313 message. Everything looks and moves ok. The screw hole for the FFC rack stipped out and it was sagging in the back. Was happening when calibrating the bit, but is now before anything moves. Is this the FFC cable?

I answered the other one first.... But with the SNAG info.... That pretty much changes my answer....

It happened to ME.... A Snag under POWER because I forgot to put the little black cap on the Z Board to hold the FSC Cable UP... Pulled the FSC Cable DOWN and AWAY...... Bending the contacts of the Cable through the connector SHORTING OTHER PINS.... For me, it SMOKED the Z MOTOR.... DEAD as a Door Nail.... Lucky I had a spare motor and since the FSC Cable was not damaged, I changed the motor first and was lucky and fixed it....
