    Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm pretty happy with the way that it turned out. Mike--I got the hinges from Rockler, but you can find 'em a lot of places...just google "side rail brass hinge" and you should come up with a list.

    Beautiful box. Very nice work. Looks like the hinges were fitted perfectly also. Second shelf. Oh, not the box, the CW.

    Very nice workmanship. They will love it.
    Using Designer 1.187, STL importer, Center line, conforming vectors, scanning probe/PE, and the ROCK chuck.
