Thread: Chinese subject, imitation red lacquer

  1. Default Chinese subject, imitation red lacquer

    Here is one of the chinese pattern, done in MDF, red enamel spray paint, then flat black paint with brush which is then wiped while still wet with a rag.
    Size is 14" X 14".

    Forgot one detail. Put one generous coat of white shellac on the raw MDF to seal.
