Thread: Coin Caddy

    Default Coin Caddy

So we bought an old Version A machine with all the licenses from a user and one of the projects that came with it was the Coin Caddy. Online at Carvewright it shows that it has been licensed and moved over to our account. However, when we try to upload it to the card, it receives many errors for unlicensed. Yet online it says it is licensed.

From our research it says that we have to enter the subscription serial number from the email. We don't have a serial number as we don't have the original email. Yet online it does say this project is registered.

How do I get the subscription serial number?

All of the former owners information and computers have been removed from online registrations.

I have alot more that need to be moved over also...not sure at this time if they will have the same issue. All of them are listed as licensed. Any help is appreciated

I assume it will allow you to bring it up in the Designer, because you said you gives you the errors when to attemp to upload. Have you uploaded any thing else. Does it allow you to bring up in the designer

Some do...Some don't. When I go to manage licenses, and look at the projects installed license...it does not show up in that list. However, when I log onto carvewright site, it shows that this project is licensed.

I tried to update licenses...which I believed would sync with the database from carvewright. No joy. Still not working

So you are saying it is not showing on your machine, but it shows on the carvewright web site.

Licensed projects and patterns do not transfer from another when u buy a used machine. This may be the issue.

I think you need to call lhr and see what can be done. Unfortunately, I believe the projects are not transferrable and you would have to purchase the projects all over again... I would definitely recommend the project of the month subscription. you save a ton of money that way for upcoming projects. just won't help with the previous projects..... good luck...
