    Default Aviation Electrician

    Gentlepeople,

I am looking for a Aviation Electrician Rating pattern. I have found ordnance, airframes and many others but this one I cannot find. The DH makes all the others but his last activity on here was June 2010. Thanks for any and all help.

Think this is what you are looking for - I attached a zip file with 2 .ptn files and the artwork (.mpw)file

    Hope it helps

Exactly what I was looking for, however can you get rid of the white background? When I invert it the pattern doesnt look right. I tried to import the image into pattern editor and no joy. I am no good at that stuff.

That looks good, now the only problem is the shadow that is with the original picture is making this image seem a little "off-center". Any advice will help tremondously.

    Default New image?

I found this image, it doesnt appear to have any shadow to it.

Sorry, I tried. This new image seems to have too much noise due to its lightness.
I've looked at my pattern and it seems concentric. I place it in a carve region the same depth as the pattern, and it appears nicer than just the image itself.

So how did this turn out after carving? Is there a way to take out the indentions so that the globe is round? I think the shadowing of the clip art created the indentions?
