Go to E-Bay or Craigs List in your area. search for Corian whole sale.
There might be some contractors that have some to sell in small pieces.

I actually just bought some from the Corian web site for samples (just googled Corian samples) 4" by 4" are $2 and 10" by 10" are $12 plus shipping which wasn't much and they came in a couple of days...
