    Default jigs

    Got the machine finaly today!!!
    couple of questions
how do you make jigs for the machine so it won't resize the project?
How do you get the dust collector to actualy collect dust?
my first test out of pine(to soft and very fuzzy) produced alot of dust, none of wich ended up in the collector.
Other than that, all went fine. As soon as a couple of test are run i will post some projects.

The resize questions MAY be due to you not having enough space (3/5" on each end and enough uncut wood on it's width) for the rollers to work properly. Check into the threads (Do a Search) for items concerning the hold down rollers and requirements. You don't necessarily have to put in larger wood if when it asks if you want it to stay under rollers, say NO if you have extra wood than your design calls for.

That dust collector you refur to is mainly to help clear chips away from the sensors.
Follow the duct work and you'll see they go across over to the sensor
