    Default 36" X 30" sign

Here are some signs I just finished.
The black one is 36" X 30" sign carved with my CW. It is double sided sign for a business in New York.
I just love the variety of request I get, it keeps it all fresh and challenging.

    Tom,

Very nice work .. as usual. Maybe you could share your technique for making signs that are larger than 14.5 inches wide. You obviously have it down to a science.

I'll bet he used the concepts in issue #22 of the Tips & Tricks.

I like the shape of the Sullivan sign and the wrought-iron hanger really sets it off.

Thank you for the wonderful comments!
The Sullivan sign is from six cedar boards with support in the center and the bolts go from top to bottom. The design is from one of the sign blanks I purchased from John. I purchase the sign brackets from the Sign Bracket Store at discount prices then adding my own markup.
EVERYTHING I have learned is from this wonderful online group of people. The first large sign I created 2 years ago was created by following Michael T's training in Tips and Tricks and adding some of my own techniques over time. I also am using the support from my local CW users group for encouragement and sharing knowledge.
