This stuff is way beyond me.......

What say you all - which of these (or all for that matter) would serve us best for what we do in creating patterns, etc.?

I'd say I'm probably like most - I can learn new software (at least I think I can) - my problem is climbing the learning curve enough just to find out that the software won't accomplish what I need it to.

Any thoughts?
