    Default pattern help.

I have these two end pieces. they are for a stand. the two pieces should be exactly alike. both using only the 1/8" straight bit, mostly so i don't have to keep changing out the bit.

the SideSwordRt.mpc keeps asking for the 1/16" bit.

the SideSwordLft.mpc only ask for the 18" bit.

both patterns have a front and rear.
I have looked and looked and can not see any difference between the two.
I have done cut/paste from SideSwordLft to SideSwordRt to make sure everything is exactly the same size.
could someone help me out please.

You have a carve region so it will be asking for the 1/16 bit..
