Can you or has anyone tried doing Centerline on the Rotary Jig?

I haven't, but I do have a couple projects in mind that I would like to try. But, with the complexity of my designs, I'm really hesitant to try them. I guess I just need to work up the nerves, and try it. What's the worst that could happen?
Seriously though, if any of you other guys have tried, how did it turn out? Were the results what you expected?

Something similar that Ed reported to me:
I designed a project of Vectors for him to test on his jig. I didn't set the max depth per pass and he said it slipped in the jig. He tried it again after it was set to .2 inches per pass and it worked OK. Moral of the story, if Centerline cuts too deep, without the ability to set a Max depth per pass, you might have problems with slippage of the stock. This is just a theory and I have not specifically tested Centerline on it.
Just my thoughts.. Add 2.00 and get a cup of coffee! (10.00 for Starbucks)
Edit: This was the project file and picture.
VectorTest.mpc
I have since edited the MPC and set the Max Depth per Cut value.

When the time presents itself, my plan is to make a Jig that uses a Rack and Pinion Plastic Gear on each side that locks into the board that is moved by the Sand Paper Belts. I will offer the Gears in different sizes with a different color per gear size. Letting you increase the diameter by 1 inch each size. That will take the Friction Drive out of the picture and one jig will let you do many sizes of gears.
Won't happen soon... but with my Manufacturing Buddy in San Diego.... OR off the Shelf Plastic Gears.... Might even use the X Gears for the first test...
