Removing The "Center Command"

I worked on a fairly complicater design and used the "center both" command so trhat I could use it as a reference for some of the design elements. Now I wish to use it in a larger scheme and have tried to "edit" a larger board. Most of the design will not move off center of the larger board and the "center line text" will happily move anywhere! How do I remove the centering option before editing to a larger board to complete the project??????

If the center command is the problem just toogle it again to turn it off. That should do it as long as there are no other constraints applied.
