Has anyone ever had a problem with Carvewright when a item is missing from a order shipped. I recently placed a order and on the evening that I received it I noted and contacted sales@carvewright.com to notify them of the missing item.....this email went unanswered.

A few days passed.....I sent another inquiry and again it went unanswered.

Yesterday I tried calling and sat on hold for 5 minutes and ended up hanging up.....and tonight I sent a third inquiry. Out of the five items ordered the only thing that didn't get sent was the Carvewright Instructional DVD.....it's only $7.....but wth.....it's a matter of principle not to mention the poor customer service.
