    Default Carving HDU.....anyone experienced?

I'd like to try carving a sign on some HDU, I found a supplier in my area but before I make the purchase I'd like to ask somebody with experience some questions. I probably have more questions than I can post on here so please feel free to email me through my profile if you can help me.....thank you.

There are some Sign Foams like that...... ASK for a SAMPLE... Static and Dust sticking to everything will be a problem unless you have a good dust collection system. And GROUND your Machine Frame to the Dust Collector...
