It looks like you didn't use stay under rollers. The reason it is suggested that you leave 3 1/2 inches on the each end of the project is because when the board comes out from under the first roller it will do exactly what you are seeing. Also, even for a board that length I use a roller stand to support the end.
Appears to be snipe, which is caused by not staying under the rollers. How far from the end of the board is it occurring? Also, does it do that on both ends of the board?

your all correct that I didn't stay under the rollers when I ran this project.....I did have the proper "level" support from the outfeeds.....I'll run my next one staying under the rolloers to see.....was hoping this is something simple and not a calibration issue.....thanks
