mpc exceeds memory card

This woodgrain ptn exceeds the amont of space on the memory card. If I carve it at .25 it works OK but when I take the depth to anywhere deeper the file is too large. The customer would perfer .75 but .50 would work too. It is 46" X 12". Does anyone have any suggestions or have a ptn like this one that would work, free or purchase. Thank you for looking at it.
