Thread: Software problem

    Default Software problem

I have had a computer crash, purchased a new one.
I would like to remove my carvewright software off of the old computer
and put it on the new computer.
Question, what does that do to the comp. ID number?
    Can I just move everything?
    Does my Lic. follow?
    Please advise.
    Thank you

You can have the software on 2 computers. If you already have it on 2 computers you will have to call the staff at Carvewright and have them remove one of your computers which will allow you to add the new one. I did the same thing and it only took a few mins on the phone.

CJ is correct - I have the software on 2 computers.
On your new computer just download the new version of the software from carvewright, then register the new computer by logging in through the software. You can manage your licenses and register them to the new machine. After doing that if you log into your account, you will see the 2 computers registered.
