Brought it home tonite, and I can't get it started

I had a design in my computer (have been playing with the software). Read the manual, loaded the design on the card, assembled the machine, inserted the card and all I get on the display is a solid dark line across the top.

I've tried adjusting the contrast which just changes the darkess of that solid line.

Any thoughts?

I'd try reformating the card. Make sure the machine is off, put card in reader, go to file >flash mgr.>format. Reload project and try again. No worky, call Carvewright tomorrow.
