Corruption in the memory card. In most cases, formatting the memory card and reloading the firmware and project resolves it.
How do I format the memory card?
While you have Designer activated, on your PC, and the card reader connected to a USB port, place the card back in the reader. Now, go to FILE > FLASH MANAGER > FORMAT. Once that is completed, re load your MPC (project).
When you go to place the memory card in the CW, make sure it is turned off or you stand the chance of creating error codes or totally blowing your card/system. The same applies as you remove the card from the CW.

Yes, otherwise you take several risks that can cause things like shorting out the card or controller that would require a replacement.
