Creating patterns in CorelDraw

Hi,
I haven't been in these forums for several years, (sold my machine some time ago), but I used to know how to create carving patterns in CorelDraw as gradients or "contours".

I actually learned how through a tutorial that was posted here a long time ago.

Can anyone give me some insight as to where to find info on creating patterns in Corel?

Also, I'm going to need some carving done once I get my patterns created. They will be rather small items (.5 to 1.5 sq. in. at most) carved into 1/4" Sintra or pvc board that I can provide. (I'm creating button patterns for silicone molds)
