have been trying to make this into a pattern, but think its not clear enough, just keeps coming out awful, anyone have any ideas how I can clean it up. Or is it just to bright to be able to work with. thanks

The contrast is not the problem as it can be smoothed out with a blur. The size of the picture will make the final product grainy. Do you have a larger picture? Not this one blown up but a larger scan or picture of the badge?

Will this work? I also have the complete patch; I also have a DOD - DVD with over 1000 patterns on it now.

PM me with your E-mail, I can send some samples and show how I save my patterns, The ones I first made in 2007 when I purchased my CW unit are not as good as the ones I am making now. BJB
