Since so many people are having issues with their machine does anyone think it is viable for LHR to publish a troubleshooting guide for us?

We are actually working on that very thing. Due to the move we have been slowed in such projects. However, that is one of our near goals.
Hopefully, you can find most of your answers through this forum until then.
Bard,
CW has sent several users pdfs, firmware download address, etc. in the course of correcting or helping to correct various issues. I wondered if a forum thread could be opened to accomodate those special hints. I emailed Bob Hill and he pointed out that a forum thread would soon get convoluted and suggested an addition to the FAQ where specific pdfs (bit arm positioning), etc. could be posted as a first place to look. Any thoughts on this, or do you think a troubleshooting guide will be a better answer?
Rick
Remember I'm the bottom of the CW totem pole here. However I'd think any TS guide would be a work in progress. I've seen these .PDF files and know where they are. I'll bring it up to Rawls tomorrow.
