Default Worked like a dream the first time but...

Everything worked the first time great. Cleaned it out for round two and nothing. Edge detection error E03-0400. Made sure all edges were sharp and square and vacuumed it again. Sensor reading is 0. I really don't wan't to take it apart again. Any suggestions?

Are you using a dark or very light colored wood. Try the masking tape trick.

Go to this PDF link and do a "FIND" on Edge Detection. You will find a wealth of items to check prior to tearing anything apart.
